Timeframe for Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 08 hours of placing the order.
  • Rush or Custom Orders: Due to the nature of these orders, cancellation is not permitted once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the order details: Include the order number, your full name and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

  • Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame and the order has not been processed.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the order has been processed but not shipped. Processing and administration fees may apply.
    No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for custom or rush orders that have been processed.

Exceptions

There are exceptions to our cancellation policy in the following circumstances:

 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Service immediately to arrange a return or exchange.


Order Errors: If the error was ours, we will correct the problem at no additional cost to you.
